Meet Kevin Garde
Kevin holds a BSc (Hons) in Biological and Chemical Sciences from University College Cork and a Masters in Sport and Exercise Nutrition from Loughborough. He has helped many fat loss and body composition clients, both as a health and performance nutritionist and as an online fitness consultant.
To consolidate his many work practices, Kevin founded PRISM Nutrition in 2016. He is passionate about helping people feel more body confident and achieve their goals through education, ensuring that nutritional recommendations are both enjoyable and sustainable for our everyday lives.

2. Some experience with lifting weights (i.e. to perform basic movements with good form) is desirable, though not essential, and access to a gym/home facility with free weights and/or weights machines is encouraged for best results.
3. You do not need to be nutritionally savvy to become a PRISM client! In fact, many nutrition ‘newbies’ have achieved fantastic results using the PRISM Nutrition approach and the bespoke nutrition service is designed to empower clients with knowledge that will last a lifetime.
4. If you are looking for a ‘magic bullet’ or a quick fix without significant commitment or engagement, then this service is probably not for you.

Once you've scheduled your initial consultation with the 40% deposit, you'll need to fill out the pre-consultation form as a first step. This enables me to gain a detailed insight into your lifestyle, diet history, activity levels and exercise regimen.
Your initial consultation will be via Skype and comprise a 60-minute review of the details you have provided in your pre-consultation form, to ensure that your bespoke nutritional package is specifically tailored to you.
After that, and within five days of receipt of the remaining service fee (60%), you will receive your welcome package, a link to your individualised online tracker and the initial draft of your bespoke meal framework and feedback notes.
