Package Duration & Expiry - PLEASE READ
Each package has an expiry date as follows:
It is your responsibility to know when your package expires and to use the scan credits before the expiry date (sign in to the Bodyscan customer area and select ‘Your prepaid credits’). Remember that you will not be permitted to have a scan within eight weeks (56 days) of your previous body scan.
If you need to extend your package, this will incur a charge of £30 for every month or part thereof. To extend, please send an email to email@example.com.
How Bodyscan prepaid packages work
When you buy a package (click here) you will receive credits in your Bodyscan account, one credit for each scan in the package.
Note: If you buy a package with a direct debit on our Easy Payment Plan, your credits will take up to 24 hours to be applied. If your credits take longer to appear please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Making your first booking with a package credit
Once you have purchased the package, you will need to make your first appointment using one of your credits as follows:
1. Make sure you are signed in (from the link at the top of the home page).
2. Select ‘New booking’ and choose the appropriate scan:
a) For scan packages VF2, VF3, VF4 and VF5 your first appointment should be the one-hour scan with consultation, priced at £159. Subsequent scans are the 20-minute scan without a consultation (£139).
b) For packages V2 and V3, all the appointments are the £139 scan without consultation.
c) For package 2PF2 for two people, your first booking should be the 2-person scan with consultation (£258). Your second scan for each person should be the 20-minute scan without a consultation (£139). You do not have to attend the second scan together, you can each make bookings for separate days and times.
3. While it may look like you are about to pay again, rest assured that one of your package credits will be used in lieu of payment each time. Remember you can check your credits by signing in to the customer area.
All body scans, whether bought separately or in packages must be taken a minimum of eight weeks (56 days) apart.
Ownership and usability
Packaged scans are not transferable; the person in whose name all scans are booked must be the same person who has each scan.
Promo/discount codes cannot be applied to packages as they are already discounted.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds for cancelled packages will be based on the full list price of completed scans. Example: If you buy the V4 package for £399 and wish to cancel after completing the first two scans, the refund will be calculated as £399 minus £159 for the first scan and £139 for the second scan - a refund of £101. If the third scan had been completed in this example, no refund would be given as the full list price of the first three scans is more than the entire package price.
